Corporate Governance
It's not compliance. It's structure.
Governance isn’t a formality. It isn’t a checklist to work through.
It’s how a company acts, decides, distributes responsibility, and manages risk. That’s why I created Cybermetrica®.
A fragile decision-making structure creates inefficiencies and liabilities that stay invisible — until they explode. A clear structure makes risk legible and decisions sustainable.
This isn’t only about following the rules. It’s about building an organization capable of lasting and growing, by anticipating risk before it becomes a crisis.
This approach doesn’t replace traditional legal work — it runs through it and puts it into a system. I draft and negotiate contracts, handle negotiations, and represent clients in litigation and arbitration — but I read every matter within the company’s broader governance structure, not as an isolated transaction. A well-drafted contract and a well-run negotiation are worth more when they sit inside a system that already knows how to manage risk; that’s the work I do before, during, and after every deal.
